The poll – is a research technique in which data is gathered from respondents by means of a specially prepared questionnaire. There are many types of polls, e.g. audit poll, website poll, press poll. The poll can contain various question types. Respondents fill in the form on their own, which significantly limits the impact of the questioner on the gathered answers. Due to the quantitative nature, collected results are compiled using statistical analysis methods.
